BrightKite Is Making Things VERY Interesting
To be honest I could really think of one "set" reason. However, I think a few things need to become available yet for me. I know BrightKite has made a ton of new features available, but these are thew ones that will make it complete for me.
IM Support
I need this, I want this I HAVE to have it. With it being gone from Twitter it has made me realize how much I socially rely on this feature. I think if BK added this I am gone from Twitter. Well, not completely due to the fact I can have my BK entries posted to Twitter. This could be a win win. If I can get the notifications of a reply and @tw3nty3ight being mentioned I would be on it like a fly on... well you know the rest.
BlackBerry App
Yes I know it's in the works, however it's wouldn't be a must have for me if I had IM support. I would love to see an auto refreshing, and notification with a BB app.
In the end if IM support comes to BK that's where you will find me. I must give the guru's over at BrightKite some serious props, cause they have me excited!

BrightKite Adds Comment & User Tracking Features

A welcome change has taken place over at BrightKite. Now you can see all the comments that have been made on any of your BK entries. They have also added a Mentions tab where you can see if any of your BK friends have mentioned or replied to you on BK.
BrightKite keeps rolling out new features to thier service. If you haven't signed up for BrightKite yet why not?

BrightKite Now Supports Comments

Brightkite the location based social tool, has just announced that you have the ability to comment on your friends notes, and photos for a particular check in.
I am very glad to see this, and it was one of the suggestions I had for their service. They have really been listening to their community over at BK and I am quite pleased to see all the new features coming in.
If you need an invite to BrightKite leave a comment with your email address and I will be glad to send you one.
