After being a huge Blackberry fanboy, I had some things come up and can't afford the data plan. I had no choice than to change phones, the Ev2 was my first choice do to it having the great QWERTY keyboard and such.

After 2 month of having it I love the phone. However, I have had multiple issues of pocket calls, random shut downs, and the external button just stopped working.

I am glad to say that after calling Verizon this last time they have decided to send me the Env3 at no charge. Needless to say I am very happy with this and can't wait to see if all the issues with the env2 have been corrected with the new version. More to come when I get the Env 3.
