I had an experience with a friends PC last night and would like to share what I have learned with you in case you have this issue or if it ever happens to you.

#1 NEVER I mean NEVER install this program thinking it is a legitimate or beneficial program. This couldn't be further from the truth.

After doing some searching I found out the easiest and simple way to remove this malicious program.

Head over to here and download MalwareByte's Anti-Malware.

Install it as you would any other program.

After the install make sure you have both boxes check to run and update the software.

Perform a QUICK SCAN, The full scan is not necessary, unless you prefer.

After the scan is complete and it shows you the report of the infected files click "Remove Selected"

After this is finished reboot your PC and BOOM Spyware Protect is gone and no longer a problem.
