Netflix Performance & Quality Going Down The Tube?

Netflix
This past week was the worst I have experienced as a Netflix customer.
It all started when I began receiving DVD's that were deep in my Queue, then I received a DVD that was so scratched that I noticed it right when I removed it from the envelope. Keep in mind this was a new release as well. Last night was the big issue. I recieved Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and it was the bonus features disk.
Needless to say I am not a happy camper. I will be calling to complain today. However I don't think much will come of this.
My question is have any of you had issues with Netflix as of late?

Upgrade Your Verizon Blackberry Curve to OS 4.5 And Unlock Your GPS!!!!

I had been looking for a way to upgrade the OS on my Verizon Curve. This proved to be difficult do to Verizon not officially releasing this version yet. I found this work around. After installing I also noticed that it unlocked my GPS to be able to be used by 3rd party apps. This was a huge pain at how Verizon locked the GPS before this update.
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Desktop Manager installed.
2. Download this file to the PC then install it to the PC by running the file you downloaded.
3. Locate the vendor.xml file and delete it. It's located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
4. Plug in BB and Open Desktop Manager. You should be prompted to upgrade.
Bingo your done!

Dear Twitter, Just Tell Us The Truth.....

I am beginning to think Twitter is hoping we all forget about the IM support we used to have. Yes, this is the same IM support that dissipated back in early April of this year.
Before the re-design of Twitter there was a badge that gave us the false sense they were actually working to restore the service. Now that it is gone I have the feeling they are hoping we all forget about it.
I myself would rather them actually come out and say one or to things. Either no we will not bring back IM support, or give us a date. This would at least keep us out of the dark. What are your thoughts on this?
